• Active RN license in the state
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families to support positive health outcomes
• Familiarity with health documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations

• Provide daily healthcare support and emergency nursing services to students and staff
• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and allergies
• Help develop and implement Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) for students with medical needs
• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures per physician orders
• Keep accurate and confidential health records in accordance with school policy
• Educate students and staff on relevant health topics, preventive care, and wellness initiatives
• Participate in school safety planning and communicable disease management
• Serve as a liaison between families, healthcare providers, and educational staff
