Alcohol Monitor

BEST Crowd Management is hiring Alcohol Monitors to support safe, enjoyable experiences at stadiums, arenas, and major events. In this role, you'll observe guest behavior, monitor alcohol consumption, verify IDs, and enforce venue and legal alcohol policies. You will identify and report safety or intoxication concerns, coordinate with security and event staff, document incidents, and provide courteous guidance to guests. Working in a professional, team-oriented environment, you'll receive training in safety, compliance, and crowd management while gaining valuable event operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and behavior to ensure safety and compliance
• Verify identification and check age for alcohol purchases where required
• Enforce venue, company, and legal alcohol policies consistently and fairly
• Identify, report, and document incidents or signs of over-intoxication
• Communicate with security, supervisors, and event staff via radio or in person
• Provide clear, courteous guidance and assistance to guests
• Follow established procedures for handling refusals of service and escalating issues
• Maintain a visible, professional presence in assigned areas during events
