Your role is essential in maintaining inventory flow, safety standards, and efficiency on the warehouse floor. You'll work closely with your team to contribute to a productive and safe environment every day.

What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough safety inspections of forklifts before each shift to ensure safe operation
• Monitoring fluid levels (oil, water, fuel) and performing routine maintenance checks
• Stocking packaging lines with empty pallets and communicating inventory needs to supervisors
• Safely removing palletized bags from production lines and transporting them to stretch-wrap stations
• Operating and managing stretch-wrappers, replacing film as needed
• Stacking palletized goods carefully to protect inventory from damage
• Maintaining a clean work area through debris removal, re-stacking, and equipment upkeep
• Reading Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately and loading trucks with correct quantities and SKUs
• Promptly reporting any discrepancies or issues to supervisors
• Performing physical inventory counts and assisting with other warehouse tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
• Comfortable climbing on/off equipment and sitting for extended periods
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand English instructions
• Adaptability to work in various environmental conditions, including dust, heat, cold, and rain
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays
