Location: Borivli
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Director, located in Borivali. The Executive Assistant will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage the Director's schedule, and coordinate meetings and communication. Responsibilities include preparing reports, organizing travel arrangements, maintaining records, and supporting the Director in key decision-making processes. The role also involves maintaining confidentiality and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in scheduling, calendar management, and administrative tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
Experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is advantageous
Educational qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields is preferred
