Job Summary:
The Office Administrator / Administration Manager will be responsible for managing daily office operations, leading the administrative team, supervising facilities and vendor management, ensuring organizational compliance, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and high levels of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Operations Oversee smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Develop and implement office policies and SOPs.
Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
2. Facilities Management Manage office maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
Coordinate with housekeeping, catering, and security vendors.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
3. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and monitor administrative staff performance.
Assign responsibilities and ensure high productivity.
4. Vendor & Asset Management Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and technology.
Maintain updated inventory of office assets.
5. Communication & Coordination Act as the primary contact for office-related concerns.
Work with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
Ensure timely communication across departments.
6. Compliance & Reporting Maintain records and prepare operational reports for management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Conduct audits and propose improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar field (Master's preferred).
Experience Minimum 8+ years of experience in office administration.
At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in facilities management, budgeting, and team handling.
Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Understanding of compliance, health, and safety standards.
Work
Conditions:

Occasional travel to branch locations (if required).
