JOB OBJECTIVES
To ensure  timely and accurate statutory compliance under the Companies Act , support the  Directors in all Board-related matters , and act as a reliable compliance partner who helps the company operate smoothly without regulatory risk.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ROC/MCA Compliance
Manage all routine and event based ROC/MCA filings under the Companies Act, 2013.
Maintain statutory registers, records and compliance documentation.
Ensure compliance with Secretarial Standards.
Coordinate with secretarial auditors and statutory auditors whenever required.

Board Meetings & Documentation Support
Plan and coordinate Board Meetings and General Meetings.
Prepare meeting notices, agendas, notes and minutes.
Track action points and ensure closure of board related compliances.

Handling Notices & Regulatory Communication
Handle communication with ROC/MCA and other authorities as required.
Support the company in case of any statutory notice, clarification or inspection.
Ensure timely submission of replies and closure of the matter.
Legal & Documentation Support
Draft board resolutions and other statutory documentation.
Coordinate with external legal consultants from routine legal matters.
Internal Compliance Discipline
Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure nothing is missed.
Highlight risks early and ensure statutory deadlines are meet without any delay.
Coordinate and support the company CSR related activities and compliance.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION’S
