Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, updating, and maintaining work orders created by Amazon in the Insite system. Since work orders may be generated with limited or partial information, the specialist will retrieve complete and accurate details from Amazon’s platform and ensure all mandatory fields are correctly updated in Insite.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a 24×7 operational environment. The candidate will also manage real-time updates within the IFS platform to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all work orders.
Note:
This role is part of an initial phase of the process, and responsibilities or scope may evolve over time based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor all Insite queues to identify new work orders created by Amazon .
Review and update incomplete work orders with required details such as Scope of Work (SOW), Work Order Description, Priority, and related information.
Use the Case Number provided in each work order to locate and extract detailed information from Amazon’s platform.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy between Insite and Amazon systems.
Escalate discrepancies, missing details, or data mismatches to relevant internal teams or Amazon stakeholders.
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting for all active, pending, and completed work orders.
Collaborate with team members and leads to ensure seamless 24×7 operations and smooth shift handovers.
Requirements
Non-Technical
-Prior experience of 6 months to 1.5 years in data entry, operations, or back-office support is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar work order or ticket management systems is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy.
Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team Collaboration

Follow company safety, data security, and compliance standards while handling customer and operational data.
