Hiring Assistant Accounts & Admin Manager for:
The Ten, Goa

The Ten  is an intimate all-suite boutique resort offering fully serviced stays in Siolim, Goa.

Job Summary
The Assistant Accounts & Admin Manager will support the financial and administrative operations of the resort, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, and smooth back-office functioning. The role involves managing daily accounts, vendor coordination, payroll support, and administrative tasks to enable efficient resort operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries, invoices, and expense records
Handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and purchase documentation
Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements
Support payroll processing and staff records management
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities
Manage petty cash, bank reconciliation, and billing follow-ups
Oversee administrative tasks including procurement and office supplies
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Coordinate with front office and operations for billing accuracy
Maintain organized financial and administrative documentation

Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred
2–4 years of experience in hotel accounts or similar role
Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / accounting software
Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
