Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and student-oriented Academic Support Executive (Intern) to assist in the smooth functioning of our Crash Course Centre in Kalpetta - Wayanad. This internship provides practical exposure in student coordination, academic tracking, and basic administrative support.
The selected candidate will work closely with students enrolled in short-term intensive programs, ensuring they remain focused, disciplined, and academically aligned throughout the course.

Key Responsibilities
Support students with structured study planning and daily schedule management
Monitor attendance, performance, and participation levels
Provide academic guidance and motivational support during crash courses
Identify student concerns and coordinate with senior staff when needed
Assist in preparing progress updates and communicating with parents
Ensure a productive and disciplined learning environment on campus
Support fee tracking, payment follow-ups, and record maintenance
Maintain accurate academic and administrative data using MS Excel and MS Word
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)
Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle students patiently
Organized, adaptable, and committed to student development
