Role Description
To manage admission-related inquiries through calls and front desk interaction, provide accurate information to parents, and ensure a smooth and positive admission experience for prospective families.

Key Responsibilities
Make and receive calls related to school admissions.
Handle admission inquiries from parents courteously and professionally.
Explain school programs, admission procedures, fee structure, and important dates.
Follow up with prospective parents/leads and update admission status.
Maintain and update admission records, call logs, and lead data accurately.
Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails related to admissions.
Assist during admission events, orientations, and school activities.

Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email, Google Sheets).
Good spoken English and writing skills.
Strong people-handling and convincing skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling or front desk. School experience is required/will be an advantage.
