Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Tura. The Administrative Assistant will perform daily administrative and clerical tasks, including scheduling and managing appointments, coordinating meetings, handling phone communications, and organizing office supplies. They will assist executives with administrative duties as needed and ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experienced in performing Clerical Skills such as scheduling, data entry, and document management
Ability to maintain a high level of organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office tools
Previous experience in administrative support roles is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
