About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can move fast, think in brands, and design for how people actually consume content today — feeds, stories, carousels, thumbnails, and the occasional campaign visual.
Beyond proficiency with design tools, you should have a strong artistic mindset and be able to think visually without needing concepts to be fully spelled out. Someone who can translate abstract ideas into compelling, tangible designs.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Lead across brands from multiple categories (FMCG, lifestyle, food, finance, tech), creating everything from social content and campaign creatives to brand decks and pitch visuals.

Key Responsibilities
Design social media creatives (statics, carousels, thumbnails, basic motion-ready frames)
Create campaign visuals for brand launches, pitches, promotions, and announcements
Translate brand guidelines into daily content that still feels fresh and engaging
Support pitch decks, presentations, and mood boards
Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to bring ideas to life
Adapt designs across formats (Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, OOH, etc.)
Manage multiple brands and overlapping deadlines effectively
Maintain clean and well-organized working files
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in design (agency or brand side)
Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Basic understanding of spelling, grammar, and sentence flow
Experience designing for social-first formats (not just static posters)
Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
Open to feedback and quick iterations
Strong understanding of branding, not just aesthetics
A portfolio that demonstrates both range and consistency
Bonus Points If You
Have worked on content-heavy brands (daily posts, not just campaigns)
Understand performance creatives (what looks good vs what converts)
Can do basic motion or reel cover design
Can translate brand strategy into structured visual systems or brand manuals
Think in systems (templates, content frameworks, visual kits)
