Sr. Creative & communication Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Creative Manager to lead and execute our brand’s visual identity and Content strategy. The role combines high-level design expertise with strategic communication to ensure consistent, engaging, and impactful brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality creative assets including social media graphics, digital campaigns, print materials, presentations, and more.
Oversee photo shoots, video projects, and other multimedia initiatives.
Manage design workflows, timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
Collaborate with content writers, digital marketers, and external agencies to create compelling campaigns.
Write, edit, and proofread content for press releases, newsletters, websites, and social media as needed.
Support internal communications with visually engaging materials.
Lead and mentor a small team of designers and content creators (if applicable).
Coordinate with various departments to understand communication needs and deliver creative solutions.
Manage relationships with printers, vendors, and creative agencies.
Work closely with digital marketing teams to ensure creatives are optimized for web and social platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.
required 3D/@d design Knowledge.
5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and Content roles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
