Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor. The role involves designing graphics for digital and print channels, including social media assets, marketing collateral, presentations, and brand materials. The team member will plan, edit, and produce video content such as brand films, social media reels, motion graphics, and short-form videos. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the creative team on concepts, developing visual storyboards, selecting and editing footage, adding sound and effects, and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs.

The role also includes preparing final files for production or publishing, maintaining organized asset libraries, and staying updated on design and video trends relevant to client projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in visual design, including Graphics and Graphic Design skills for digital and print media.
Experience in creating and refining brand assets, including Logo Design and Branding, with a keen eye for consistency and brand identity.
Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and combine typefaces for readability, hierarchy, and visual impact.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
Proven ability to edit and produce engaging video content, including basic color correction, audio syncing, and motion graphics.
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing projects relevant to brand storytelling.
Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
