We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence for an Airbnb and hospitality brand. If you’re passionate about creating engaging content, spotting trends, shooting videos, and making spaces look beautiful online, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

Create and Curate Content:  Develop posts, reels, stories, and social media content that highlight the Airbnb property, guest experience, interiors, amenities, and local Jaipur experiences.
Shoot Content at

Location:

Visit the property location in  Raja Park, Jaipur , to shoot videos, reels, photos, and other content as required.
Manage Airbnb Socials:  Handle social media planning, posting, captions, stories, reels, and regular content updates for the brand.
Generate Fresh Ideas:  Constantly brainstorm content ideas to showcase the property better and make the brand stand out in the feed.
Analyze & Optimize:  Track performance and adjust content ideas to improve reach, engagement, and results.
Stay Trend-Driven:  Keep an eye on Instagram trends, reels formats, travel content, hospitality content, and Airbnb-style content ideas.

Who We’re Looking For:

Instagram/Social Media Expert:  You have hands-on experience managing Instagram or other social media accounts and understand what performs well.
Content Creator:  You know how to create content that looks good, feels natural, and grabs attention.
Comfortable Shooting Content:  You should be willing to visit the property location in Jaipur and shoot videos, reels, and photos as required.
Creative Thinker:  You can come up with fresh ideas for reels, stories, property highlights, guest experience content, and local Jaipur-led content.
Good Eye for Aesthetics:  You understand framing, lighting, angles, and how to make a space look warm, premium, and inviting on camera.
Self-Starter:  You thrive in an environment where you take initiative and run with your ideas.
Clear Communicator:  You can write simple captions, communicate ideas clearly, and bring them to life through content.
Bonus points if you have experience creating content for Airbnb, hotels, cafes, restaurants, travel brands, lifestyle brands, or hospitality brands!
