Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Aluva. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media assets, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials. Day-to-day tasks include developing logos and brand identities, selecting and refining typography, producing graphics and layouts, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating closely with strategists, developers, and marketing teams to translate client briefs into effective visual solutions, participating in brainstorming sessions, and preparing design files for production.

The Graphic Designer will also review and refine designs based on feedback, maintain adherence to brand guidelines, and stay up to date with current design trends and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design to ensure clear, visually appealing communication.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is required.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, visual problem-solving, and completed design projects is required.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, and effective collaboration and communication skills are essential.
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms and familiarity with UX/UI principles are beneficial.
