We're looking for a passionate Creative Event Executive who can work closely with our Creative Director to bring event ideas to life through compelling presentations, innovative audience engagement, and flawless event execution.

What You'll Do

Creative & Presentation

- Understand client briefs, event objectives, and project deliverables.
- Create visually compelling client presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.
- Develop event concepts, themes, mood boards, experience journeys, and presentation decks.
- Research current event trends and innovative experiential ideas.
- Assist the Creative Director in preparing winning client pitches.

Event Experience & Engagement

- Conceptualize engaging activities and experiences before, during, and after events.
- Create ideas for audience interaction, gamification, contests, installations, digital engagement, and experiential activations.
- Ensure every event delivers a memorable guest experience.

Event Execution

- Support event setup and on-site execution.
- Coordinate AV requirements including presentations, LED content, sound, lighting, videos, and show flow.
- Work closely with Operations, Production, and Technical teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Conduct presentation rehearsals and troubleshoot presentation or AV issues during live events.

Client Support

- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions.
- Assist in presenting concepts to clients alongside the Creative Director.
- Incorporate client feedback into presentations while maintaining creative quality.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in an event management or experiential marketing agency.
- Excellent presentation design skills (PowerPoint is a must).
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
- Understanding of event production, staging, AV, and live event execution.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site during events.

Software Skills

- Microsoft PowerPoint (Mandatory)
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (Nice to have)
- Microsoft Excel & Word
