Videographer

Location: Mohali

Role Description  The Videographer at Reap Big will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing video content for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, product videos, and brand stories. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, requiring close collaboration with the creative, marketing, and client-facing teams. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and operating cameras, arranging lighting and audio equipment, capturing video footage according to project briefs, and ensuring high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines.

The Videographer will participate in concept development, assist in storyboarding, and coordinate with other team members to meet deadlines and deliver polished final outputs. Basic editing and post-production support, media management, and equipment maintenance are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, managing setups, and supporting basic post-production workflows.
Proficiency in Camera Operation and handling different Camera types, with an understanding of framing, composition, and technical settings.

Experience with Lighting setups for indoor and outdoor shoots, and the ability to adapt lighting to different environments and styles.
Hands-on experience in Shooting Video for marketing, social media, or promotional content, with attention to detail and visual quality.
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic color correction is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and willingness to receive and incorporate feedback.
Relevant education or training in film, media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in videography or video production.
