Video Content Creator

We are seeking Video Content Creators to help train and improve next-generation AI models. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated video content, review scripts and visual storytelling, identify creative and technical issues, and provide expert feedback to enhance the quality, accuracy, and engagement of AI-generated video outputs.

Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate AI-generated video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and final video outputs.
Assess video quality, pacing, storytelling, editing, and audience engagement.
Identify issues related to visuals, audio, transitions, subtitles, and overall production quality.
Evaluate script clarity, messaging, creativity, and brand consistency.
Provide detailed feedback on video structure, editing techniques, and content optimization.
Review short-form and long-form video content across various platforms.
Assess thumbnails, titles, captions, and metadata for effectiveness and discoverability.
Contribute to improving AI capabilities in video creation, editing, and multimedia content generation.
Requirements
Strong understanding of video production, editing, and digital content creation.
Experience creating engaging video content for social media or digital platforms.
Knowledge of storytelling, scriptwriting, pacing, and audience retention techniques.
Familiarity with video editing principles, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
Ability to identify visual, audio, and editing issues and recommend improvements.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and content evaluation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cap Cut, or similar video editing software.
Familiarity with motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects.
Knowledge of You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and Facebook content strategies.
Experience creating educational, marketing, corporate, or social media content.
Understanding of video SEO, audience analytics, and content optimization.
Familiarity with AI-powered video generation and editing tools.
Experience working with AI-assisted creative workflows and automation tools.
