Podcast Producer & Content Operations Manager

Job Description    We are looking for a highly organized and creative   Podcast Producer & Content Operations Manager   to manage the end-to-end operations of a wellness and general-interest podcast.
This role combines content creation, guest management, production planning, and behind-the-scenes execution. You will act as the operational backbone of the podcast—ensuring smooth scheduling, strong guest experiences, and high-quality content development before, during, and after each shoot.
You will work closely with the host/creator to develop engaging episode ideas, research guests, write thoughtful interview questions, manage outreach and bookings, and assist during recording sessions.
The ideal candidate is both   structured and creative   , capable of handling logistics while also thinking like a content strategist.

Key Responsibilities     Guest & Scheduling Management
Identify and research potential podcast guests (creators, experts, founders, wellness professionals, etc.)
Handle outreach, follow-ups, and guest confirmations
Manage scheduling, calendars, and coordination across time zones if needed
Ensure smooth guest onboarding and communication before recordings
Content Development
Research trending topics in wellness, lifestyle, mindset, and general interest areas
Write engaging, structured, and thought-provoking interview questions
Develop episode outlines and talking points
Production Support
Assist during podcast recordings (in-studio or remote)
Help manage flow of conversation and episode structure if needed
Take notes during recordings for editing and post-production
Ensure guests are comfortable and well-prepared
Post-Production & Operations
Coordinate with editors or handle basic editing notes/feedback
Help repurpose podcast content into short-form clips and social media posts
Track content performance and suggest improvements
Maintain organized documentation of guests, episodes, and content ideas

Skills & Qualifications     Must-Have Skills
Strong written communication and storytelling ability
Excellent organization and multitasking skills
Comfortable with research and content ideation
Good understanding of social media and viral content trends
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in podcast production, content creation, or media roles
Familiarity with wellness, fitness, mindset, or lifestyle content
Basic understanding of video/audio production workflows
Experience managing calendars or executive-level support roles
Knowledge of platforms like You Tube, Instagram Reels,

Nice-to-Have (Bonus)    Experience working with creators or influencers
Basic editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Familiarity with podcast platforms like Spotify for Podcasters or You Tube Studio
Understanding of audience growth strategies
