About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and community-oriented  Radio Jocke y who can connect with rural and urban listeners of Raichur through engaging, informative, and entertaining radio programs.

Key Responsibilities
Host daily live radio shows in Kannada and local dialects
Create and present programs on agriculture, education, health, women empowerment, government schemes, culture, and local issues
Conduct interviews with farmers, students, experts, and community leaders
Plan and execute special programs, phone-in shows, and field-based broadcasts
Maintain high energy, clarity, and emotional connect with listeners
Work in coordination with the Station Manager and Program Producer
Participate in community outreach and promotional activities
Requirement s
Excellent command over  Kannad a (spoken & written). Knowledge of local dialects (e.g. Telugu influence) will be an advantage
Pleasant voice with good microphone presence and communication skills
Passion for community radio and rural development
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in radio / anchoring / public speaking (Freshers with exceptional talent may also apply)
Basic knowledge of audio editing software (Audacity / Adobe Audition) is preferred
Should be comfortable working in early morning / evening shifts
Education
Any Graduation (BA,

B.Com,

B.Sc., BSW or equivalent)
Mass Communication / Journalism background is a plus
