Role Description  The Photographer and Videographer is a temporary, on-site role based in Kunnamkulam. This role involves planning and executing product photo and video shoots for jewellery collections, including styling items, setting up lighting, and capturing high-quality images and footage. The individual will be responsible for editing photos and videos for use on the website, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring visual content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the customer experience.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing and ecommerce teams, organizing and maintaining media assets, and contributing creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and promotional content. The role may also involve documenting in-store events and creating short-form videos that showcase designs, craftsmanship, and brand stories.
Qualifications
Strong skills in product photography and videography, with experience capturing jewellery or similar detail-oriented items.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools).
Working knowledge of lighting techniques, composition, and camera operation for both stills and video.
Experience creating visual content for websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
Attention to detail, color accuracy, and consistency in visual style, with an eye for aesthetics and brand representation.
Ability to plan and manage shoot schedules, organize digital files, and work efficiently in an on-site retail environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and adapt to changing requirements.
Relevant training or qualification in photography, videography, media, or visual communication is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating prior work is required.
