Position: Graphic Designer (Video Editor)
Location: Electronic City Phase I

Role Purpose
Owns short-form video, UGC edits, founder clips, and AI-assisted creative variations. This is a hands-on execution role for a creative doer who can edit fast, think in hooks, and use AI tools to produce more high-quality output with less friction.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit short-form videos for social, paid ads, website, and campaign use.
Cut UGC-style edits, customer story clips, founder clips, product demos, and proof-based content.
Build multiple creative variations from one concept using AI tools and prompt-driven workflows.
Use AI video tools to speed up concepting, editing, repurposing, and creative experimentation.
Work with the content strategist, marketing lead, and performance marketer to turn briefs into ready-to-publish assets.
Adapt content for different channels, formats, and aspect ratios while keeping the brand consistent.
Maintain a fast output rhythm with organized file management, naming, exports, and version control.
Track what performs best by format, hook, length, thumbnail, and edit style, then iterate quickly.

Required

Skills & Experience:

4–6 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, content creation, or short-form production.
Strong hands-on skills in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, and AI creative tools.
Ability to prompt AI tools effectively and use them to create variations, not just one-off outputs.
Understanding of social-first creative, hooks, pacing, and retention-driven editing.
Comfort working with founder-led content, UGC, ads, and product explainers.
A doer mindset: fast turnaround, ownership, and willingness to experiment.
Bonus if they understand basic performance marketing and can edit with conversion goals in mind.

Faster creative turnaround and more variation per idea.
Better-performing hooks, edits, and video formats.
Strong founder and brand storytelling through short-form video.
