What you'll be doing
- Working on live briefs for real brands
Brainstorming campaign ideas
Writing copy across digital, social, films and activations
Researching people, culture and consumer behaviour
Sitting in on brainstorms, reviews and creative discussions
Learning how ideas evolve - from first thought to final execution

Eligibility
Candidates should possess strong Writing and Communication skills for clear, compelling brand storytelling.
Candidates should possess careful Proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free content.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborate effectively within cross-functional creative teams.
Interest or coursework in advertising, media, communications, journalism, or related fields is beneficial.
Basic understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content formats is an advantage.
Openness to feedback, willingness to learn, and strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
