Lascade is looking for a creative  AI Video Creator  to produce engaging, high-quality videos using the latest AI-powered tools and creative workflows.

We’re building global software products across SaaS, AI, mobile apps, travel technology, subscription platforms, and digital services. We need someone who can transform ideas into scroll-stopping videos for marketing, product launches, social media, and brand storytelling—quickly and at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging short-form and long-form videos using AI-powered creative tools.

• Produce product demos, promotional videos, explainers, advertisements, and social media content.

• Convert scripts, blog posts, and product updates into engaging videos.

• Create AI-generated avatars, voiceovers, animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.

• Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Design teams to develop creative campaigns.

• Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve content quality and production speed.

• Optimize videos for platforms such as You Tube, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, Facebook, and X.

• Build reusable templates and content systems that enable rapid content production.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all Lascade products.

• Stay updated with emerging AI video technologies and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating high-quality video content using AI tools.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, editing, and visual communication.

• Experience producing content for social media and digital marketing.

• Ability to write or adapt scripts into engaging video content.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.

• Passion for experimenting with new AI technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI video platforms such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, Hey Gen, Synthesia, or similar tools.

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Cap Cut.

• Motion graphics or animation experience.

• Experience creating UGC-style advertisements.

• Experience creating multilingual content.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
