Creative Content Producer & Video Editor

Lascade is looking for a creative  Content Producer & Video Editor  to create engaging visual content that helps millions of users discover and love our products.

We’re building global software products across AI, mobile apps, travel technology, subscription platforms, and digital services. We need someone who can transform ideas into high-quality videos and visual content for marketing, product launches, social media, and brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, Tik Tok, and other platforms.

• Produce product demo videos, tutorials, promotional videos, and launch campaigns.

• Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Design teams to create compelling visual content.

• Design eye-catching creatives for advertisements, social media, websites, and presentations.

• Edit founder videos, interviews, podcasts, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects when required.

• Manage content production workflows from concept to final delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest content trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.

• Maintain consistency in Lascade’s visual identity across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Video Editing, Content Production, or Creative Design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and creative work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cap Cut, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual composition.

• Experience creating content for You Tube, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and other digital platforms.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design and branding.

• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience shooting videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones.

• Motion Graphics and Animation experience.

• Experience with AI-powered creative tools.

• Photography and lighting knowledge.

• Experience working in startups or fast-paced creative teams.
