Role Description  The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for developing and executing visual concepts that reflect Kanpeki Care’s brand across packaging, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and in-store materials. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics for web and social media, designing layouts for print and digital, refining logo and brand elements, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent visual storytelling.

The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee design projects from brief to final delivery, provide art direction, maintain brand guidelines, and contribute to creative strategy for new product launches and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, contemporary visual work.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for both print and digital applications.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools).
Experience working with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
Ability to translate brand strategy into visual concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
