Graphic Designer

Location: Noida Sector 27

Key Responsibilities
Design visually engaging digital and print collaterals, including brochures, annual reports, newsletters, social media creatives, presentations, and infographics, ensuring adherence to HCLFoundation brand guidelines.
Create and edit impactful videos showcasing project activities, beneficiary stories, events, and organizational initiatives.
Manage end-to-end video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.
Collaborate with the Communications team to translate complex information into compelling visual content.
Develop creative content for social media platforms and digital campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility.
Capture high-quality photographs and videos during events, field visits, and organizational activities.
Support branding, communication, and event-related requirements through the creation of marketing and promotional collateral.
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging multimedia practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, and video production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
Strong visual storytelling, creative thinking, and content development skills.
Hands-on experience in photography and operation of camera equipment.
Excellent project management, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Passion for social impact and development sector communication is preferred.
