Job Overview:  We are seeking talented and creative Motion Graphic Designers to join us in our MADness. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually stunning graphics, motion graphics and capture the essence of our experience.
The candidate should be able to visually create content, collaborate and maintain brand consistency, and be creative and innovative (bringing in the MADness).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Having a social media first approach in motion graphics editing.
Create original motion graphic content that meets project requirements and objectives.
Develop concepts, storyboards, and design frameworks to guide project execution.
Work closely with creative directors, designers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas, pitch concepts and collaborate on projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate and communicate with the internal creative team, such as designers, copywriters and to make sure that the project requirements are met on time.
Edit and enhance video footage and animations as needed for various projects.
Maintain and adhere to the highest standards of ethics and reporting in all work.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion graphics and video editing.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and meeting deadlines.

Additional

Skills:

2-4 years of experience in motion graphics designing and video editing.
Knowledge of 3D software would be a plus.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends quickly.
Agency experience will be a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
