1. About Us KOLOFON.AI is a Thiruvananthapuram-based campaign-driven AI venture poised to upend the AI experience in India. We follow the "Oversubscribed" principles of Daniel Priestley and run high-impact, 90-day campaigns that build authority and draw customers to us.
2. About the Role We are seeking an exceptionally talented, digital-native  Visual Brand and Motion Designer  to establish and drive the visual identity for  EMERGENCE '26  and our flagship enterprise AI campaigns. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end creative pipeline—producing high-converting performance ad creatives, kinetic short-form reels, bespoke editorial newsletters, brand design systems in Figma, and high-impact print collateral for our executive retreats.
We prioritize designers with an intuitive grasp of modern tech aesthetics, dark-mode visual hierarchy, motion pacing, and digital conversion over traditional DTP agency backgrounds.
3. What You Will Build & Own   High-Converting Paid Ad Engines:  Design high-CTR static and carousel ad variants across Linked In, Meta, and Google Display, establishing structured A/B testing variations for copy, colorways, and layouts.
Kinetic Motion and Short-Form Reels:  Conceptualize, edit, and animate engaging, high-retention video reels (9:16) featuring dynamic on-screen typography, audio syncing, and visual hooks for Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube Shorts.
Bespoke Editorial Newsletters and Strategy Dossiers:  Design sleek, reader-friendly digital publications, whitepapers, and email layouts (Figma/Substack/Beehiiv formats) for executive audiences.
Scalable Figma Design Systems and Brand Kits:  Build modular component libraries, presentation master decks, brand guidelines, and social media template kits for rapid deployment by the growth and sales teams.
Premium Event and Print Collateral:  Translate our digital identity into executive-grade physical collateral—including stage backdrops, attendee badges, pull-up banners, brochures, and the physical Artifact Package binders.
4. Critical

Skills and Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)   Design Systems and UI Tools:  Advanced proficiency in  Figma  (auto-layout, components, variants, styles) for digital layouts, presentations, and design systems.
Motion and Video Editing:  Proven expertise in  Adobe After Effects ,  Premiere Pro , or  Cap Cut Pro  with a sharp sense of pacing, kinetic typography, and motion transitions.
Vector and Raster Mastery:  Deep fluency in  Adobe Illustrator  and  Adobe Photoshop  for vector asset creation, photo manipulation, and key visual development.
Modern B2B Aesthetic:  An innate eye for minimalist enterprise tech design—clean typography hierarchy, contrast control, sleek glassmorphism, and structured information layouts.
Execution Velocity & Ownership:  Ability to turn around daily creative variations rapidly during active 90-day campaign sprints without sacrificing visual quality.
