About the Ele Fant

the Ele Fant is building India’s membership to play — helping parents give their children access to exciting, premium toys without constantly buying and accumulating them.

As we scale, design will play a huge role in how parents discover, understand and fall in love with the brand.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that good design is not just about looking beautiful — it needs to communicate, engage and convert.

What You’ll Own

- Create high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In and other social platforms
- Design Meta performance ads with a strong understanding of hooks, CTR and conversion
- Create Whats App creatives, CRM banners, push-notification visuals and other customer communication
- Design website/app banners, landing-page assets and campaign creatives
- Build carousels, infographics, reels covers and short-form visual content
- Create offline marketing material including standees, posters, flyers, event branding and packaging
- Support investor presentations, corporate decks and partnership material
- Work with the content and performance marketing teams to rapidly test multiple creative concepts
- Maintain and continuously improve the Ele Fant's visual identity across channels
- Use AI design and content tools to improve speed, experimentation and creative output

What We’re Looking For

Someone who:

- Has 2–5 years of hands-on graphic design experience
- Has a strong portfolio, especially in consumer/D2C/startup brands
- Understands digital-first and mobile-first design
- Can turn a simple brief into a strong visual idea rather than just executing instructions
- Understands typography, layouts, hierarchy and brand consistency
- Can design creatives that are both premium and high-converting
- Understands the difference between a beautiful creative and a performance creative
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where campaigns can go from idea to live in hours, not weeks
- Has an eye for parenting, kids, lifestyle or consumer-brand communication

Tools & Skills

Strong working knowledge of:

Adobe Photoshop | Illustrator | Canva | Figma

Knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / basic motion graphics will be a strong advantage.

Experience using AI creative tools for image generation, editing, ideation and faster production is highly preferred.
