We're Studio Blanc, a design-led creative agency that lives at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, and brand storytelling. We build identities, campaigns, and visual worlds for brands that refuse to look like everyone else. Think clean lines, bold ideas, considered typography, and the occasional 3 AM debate over kerning. The Role We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can take a brief and turn it into something that makes people stop scrolling, and then keep watching. You'll own projects end-to-end, from the first sketchy idea on a napkin to the final pixel-perfect handoff, across digital, print, social, motion, and everything in between.

This isn't a role where you'll be pushing pixels on someone else's vision. You'll be shaping it.

What you'll be doing
Concepting and designing campaigns, brand identities, social content, packaging, editorial layouts, and digital assets that actually mean something
Cutting and editing video content for campaigns, social, and brand films, reels, product videos, behind-the-scenes edits, motion-led storytelling
Translating brand briefs into visual systems: logos, type, color, grids, the works
Partnering with creative directors, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and stylists to build cohesive campaigns
Mentoring junior designers, sharing the good stuff you've learned and being kind about it Presenting your work to clients with the confidence of someone who's thought it through
Keeping a sharp eye on craft: typography, hierarchy, composition, color, and pacing across every deliverable
Staying curious about new tools, including AI-assisted workflows, motion graphics, and 3DJuggling multiple projects without dropping any of them (or your sanity)
What we're hoping you bring
A portfolio that does most of the talking, bonus points if there's range across static and motion
Strong video editing skills. Premiere Pro and After Effects are non-negotiable; comfort with sound design, transitions, and rhythm matters
Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are your daily drivers);
Figma is a plusA genuine point of view on design. You can defend your choices without being precious about them
Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, brand systems, and an instinct for motion
Comfort with AI tools as part of the modern designer's kit (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, and the like). You don't need to be a prompt wizard, just open to it
A collaborative spirit and the kind of communication skills that make feedback loops feel productive, not painful
Deadlines? You respect them. Details? You obsess over them.
