We are looking for a bright and passionate UX Writer (Technical )  with the skills below:

The ideal candidate should be able to translate technical concepts into intuitive user guidance while ensuring consistency across the product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain UX copy, micro-copy, and technical documentation for complex user journeys and workflows.
Understand diverse user personas and tailor content to their needs and technical proficiency.
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to simplify complex solutions through effective content.
Develop and maintain content standards, terminology, and writing guidelines as part of the Design Language System (DLS).
Ensure consistency, clarity, accessibility, and usability of content across digital products.
Review and refine product content based on user feedback and usability insights.

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong understanding of UX writing principles, information architecture, and content design.
Experience writing technical documentation for enterprise or SaaS applications with complex workflows.
Ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into simple, user-friendly language.
Experience contributing to or maintaining Design Language Systems and content guidelines.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
