Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based at Yuthikha Designer Studio in Coimbatore. The Fashion Designer will design and develop garments from concept to final fitting, including sketching, selecting fabrics and trims, and planning embroidery and embellishment details. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the studio team and clients to interpret requirements, creating sample pieces, overseeing pattern making, and ensuring accurate fittings and adjustments.

The role also involves staying updated on fashion trends, managing design timelines, and coordinating with tailors and artisans to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion concept development.
Proficiency in working with Textiles, including fabric selection and usage.

Experience with Embroidery and decorative detailing on garments.
Ability to manage Fitting sessions and make precise alterations.
Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.
Attention to detail, color sense, and aesthetic judgment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients and team members.
Relevant certification or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
