About the Role
We are looking for a Researcher & Writer to develop accurate, engaging and content-ready information for NYC's You Tube, social media, courses, workshops and educational content.
You will research relevant topics, turn information into clear and engaging content, and ensure that all facts, examples and references are accurate and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
Research technology, careers, industry trends and topics relevant to NYC's audience.
Find credible data, examples, insights and references to support content.
Convert research into scripts, outlines, briefs, hooks and talking points.
Write clear, engaging and easy-to-understand content while maintaining accuracy.
Work with Content Strategists, instructors, creators and editors to strengthen content ideas.
Fact-check content and verify claims, examples and references before publishing.
Maintain a structured research and content repository for future use.
Stay updated with emerging trends in technology, careers and the job market.

What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in Content Writing, Research, Journalism, Editorial or Educational Content.
Excellent research, writing and fact-checking skills.
Strong curiosity about technology, careers and the changing job market.
Ability to simplify complex topics without compromising accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with credible sources.
Good understanding of content formats for You Tube, social media and digital platforms.
Experience in EdTech, You Tube, social media or digital media is preferred.
