We’re Hiring: AI Artist – Fashion & Lifestyle

Shuttercraft Studios is looking for a visually driven  AI Artist  to join our creative team in
Bangalore.

We are a creative production studio working across fashion and lifestyle campaigns,
catalogues, e-commerce, films and AI-led visual development.

Prior experience with AI tools is not mandatory. We are primarily looking for someone with a
strong background in  fashion and lifestyle , a refined aesthetic sense, and a genuine
interest in exploring AI-led image creation.

The ideal candidate should understand fashion imagery, styling, composition, lighting, colour
and visual storytelling. We are also looking for someone who is versatile, curious to learn
and comfortable working across multiple projects. As a small creative team, we value people
who can adapt quickly, move between different kinds of assignments and pitch in wherever
required.

Key Responsibilities
Develop fashion and lifestyle imagery using AI-based creative workflows
Translate briefs, references and mood boards into strong visual outputs
Work on concepts, compositions, styling directions and image variations
Refine generated images while maintaining realism and visual consistency
Collaborate with the creative and post-production teams
Explore new AI tools, techniques and creative possibilities

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, design, styling or a related creative field
A strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
A clear understanding of fashion imagery, composition, lighting, colour and styling
Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning AI-based creative tools
Versatility and the ability to manage and shift between multiple projects
Openness to feedback, collaboration and problem-solving

Experience with tools such as  Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro and Adobe Photoshop  is an
advantage, but not essential. The selected candidate will learn our AI workflows while
working on live fashion and lifestyle projects.
