Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site role for a VFX Artist / 3D Motion Graphics Artist based in Bengaluru. The role involves creating high-quality 3D motion graphics and visual effects tailored for medical and healthcare educational content. The artist will design, model, animate, and render 3D assets, ensuring that complex medical concepts are visually clear and engaging. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with instructional designers and medical experts, setting up lighting and compositing scenes, optimizing assets for performance, and delivering production-ready visuals within project timelines.

The VFX Artist / 3D Motion Graphics Artist will also contribute to creative ideation, maintain visual consistency across projects, and stay updated on industry trends and tools.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Autodesk Maya for 3D modeling, texturing, and scene setup.
Strong skills in Lighting and Compositing to achieve realistic and visually cohesive outputs.
Solid understanding of Animation principles for creating smooth and accurate motion graphics.
Experience in Game Development or interactive 3D environments is an advantage.
Portfolio demonstrating 3D motion graphics and VFX work, ideally including technical or educational content.
Ability to interpret complex medical concepts and translate them into clear visual representations (medical visualization experience is a plus).
Familiarity with industry-standard rendering engines and compositing software (e.g., After Effects, Nuke, or similar tools).
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant degree or certification in Animation, VFX, Game Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
