About the Role
Havas Creative is for looking for a talented and experienced  Art Director  to join our creative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, excellent conceptual thinking, and the ability to translate brand briefs into impactful creative ideas across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop strong and innovative visual concepts based on creative and brand briefs.
Lead the visual direction for integrated campaigns across digital, social media, print, OOH, and other platforms.
Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Account Management, and other teams to develop compelling campaigns.
Create and present concepts, mood boards, storyboards, layouts, and visual references.
Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual language, and creative quality across all deliverables.
Guide and mentor junior designers and creatives while maintaining high creative standards.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage timelines effectively.
Stay updated on emerging design trends, visual styles, technologies, and cultural trends.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative strategy.
Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, production teams, and external partners when required.
Ensure all creative outputs meet quality, brand, and communication objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience as an Art Director / Senior Visual Designer / Senior Art Director in an advertising, creative, or digital agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
