Your Role
As our Graphic Designer, you'll be the bridge between business objectives and visual storytelling. The job is all about crafting visual narratives that make our clients' audience excited and their competitors nervous.

Your Daily Responsibilities will Include:
Diving deep into brand DNA to extract its visual essence and amplify it across digital platforms
Collaborate with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
Leading brainstorming sessions that transform these requirements into visual concepts
Crafting design systems that just follows brand guidelines and set new standards for them.
Design and Illustrate the visualisations to create visually appealing and impactful media assets that are aligned with the respective brand and brief
Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives (social media/ad campaigns etc.), print creatives, web banners, etc.
Present finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers for approval
Keep up to date with emerging AI technologies and other technologies in design and advertising
Stay aware of current trends in visual arts

You should have:
Proficiency using professional design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
Understanding of the latest AI tools like Midjourney, Envato AI, Nano banana, Magnific AI, etc. to create designs efficiently.
Deep understanding of design principles like hierarchy, typography, grid systems etc.
Experience in advertising/marketing agencies
Formal academic in design will be an added advantage.
