About your role:
We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our Paid Ads team. As a Junior Video Editor, you’ll play a vital role in editing high-quality video content specifically for performance marketing. You’ll work on various ad formats for different campaigns, focusing on creating videos.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in video editing and paid ad strategy in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality video content for paid advertising campaigns in Malayalam.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure videos align with campaign goals and performance metrics.
Use editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) to create polished videos.
Adapt and iterate video ads based on performance data of the ads produced.
Follow the brand’s style guide while adding creative flair to each video.
Continuously explore new ideas and editing styles, integrating them into the workflow.
Provide feedback and input to improve video ad performance.

Requirements:
Strong video editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or other similar software.
A creative mindset with a passion for crafting compelling video content that captures attention and drives results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of video pacing, composition, and storytelling.
Knowledge of social media and online video formats is a plus.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to changing requirements.
Fluency in English is good to have
