Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial processes, accounting, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Management:
Oversee daily bookkeeping and accurate maintenance of accounts.
Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements.

Tax Compliance:
Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns (Direct and Indirect Taxes).
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Payroll Management:
Supervise payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.

Budgeting and Financial Planning:
Prepare and monitor annual and monthly budgets.
Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.

Audit and Internal Controls:
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Establish and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Financial Processes Optimization:
Evaluate existing financial processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
