We’re Hiring | Executive / Senior Executive – Loan Operations

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our  Loan Operations team  and drive smooth, timely processing of loan cases.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily loan cases and ensure processing within defined TATs

• Coordinate with lenders & Sales Teams for smooth application closure

• Track pending cases, identify bottlenecks & drive resolutions

• Handle loan-related escalations and customer/learner concerns

• Support Sales Teams with rejected/non-approved cases and payment failures

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes & compliance requirements

• Identify potential mis-selling/non-compliance cases and escalate appropriately

• Work with stakeholders to improve the overall loan journey

• Coordinate on course/goal mapping and re-mapping on loan forms

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in loan processing/operations

• Strong command of  Hindi & English

• Excellent written English communication

• Strong coordination, problem-solving & communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and escalations within strict TATs

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
