✨  CONCIERGE EXECUTIVE (Entry Level)  ✨

At  Rainforest , luxury lies in seamless service and thoughtful coordination. We’re looking for a  Concierge Executive  to support our operations team by ensuring guest requirements are handled efficiently and professionally throughout their stay.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Concierge Executive works closely with Property Managers and Operations to coordinate services, manage guest requests, and uphold service standards across our luxury villas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with vendors to fulfil guest service requests

• Act as a point of contact for service-related guest assistance

• Promote available in-villa services and conveniences

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution

• Ensure guest requests are addressed promptly and professionally
