Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate at Atlantiz Casino, located in Calangute, Goa. The Front Office Associate will manage daily receptionist duties, ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include answering calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries, and assisting in maintaining an organized and pleasant front office environment to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
Proficiency in reception and front office operations, including receptionist duties and check-in processes
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Previous experience in hospitality or guest relations is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in local languages is an advantage
