Hiring Housekeeping Associates for:
The Ten, Goa

The Ten  is an intimate all-suite boutique resort offering fully serviced stays in Siolim, Goa.

Job Summary
The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetic appeal of the resort. The role involves servicing guest suites and public areas to the highest standards, ensuring every space reflects the warmth, hygiene, and attention to detail that define The Ten experience.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest suites, bathrooms, and public areas as per resort standards
Ensure rooms are prepared to perfection before guest arrivals
Replace linen, towels, and amenities in line with housekeeping procedures
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
Coordinate with the front office to manage room status and guest requests
Handle guest laundry and special service requests when required
Maintain housekeeping equipment, trolleys, and supply inventory
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times
Assist in periodic deep cleaning and special projects
Ensure lost-and-found items are recorded and managed correctly

Skills & Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and materials
Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards
Good communication skills and courteous behavior
Physical stamina to perform daily duties
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
