What You'll Do
As our Assistant Front Office Manager , you'll help shape the first impression of TPC — the moment a guest feels 'yes, this place is special.'
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming guests with warmth, calmness, and high attention to detail
Supervising the front office team and ensuring smooth operations
Managing check-ins, check-outs & reservation handling
Ensuring guest requests are addressed with empathy and speed
Coordinating with housekeeping, café, and operations for seamless guest flow
Handling guest feedback with maturity and problem-solving
Training the team on TPC hospitality standards
Maintaining reports, cash handling & front desk documentation
What You Bring
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in boutique hotels or creative hospitality setups
Strong in communication, guest handling & team leadership
Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and people-friendly
Comfortable with basic tech, PMS, billing & coordination
Passionate about hospitality that feels personal—not transactional
