Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Sales Intern located in Bandra, Mumbai. The intern will be responsible for supporting day-to-day hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering relationships with guests. Tasks include assisting in client onboarding, providing tailored recommendations, coordinating hospitality services, and maintaining high standards through effective communication and team collaboration. The role demands a proactive attitude towards enhancing guest satisfaction and contributing to overall sales growth.

Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and address their needs
Hospitality and Hospitality Service skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Food & Beverage knowledge to support culinary-related guest requirements
Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment with diverse clientele
Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving to handle dynamic operational demands
Prior experience in hospitality roles is a plus, though not mandatory
