Role Description  The Night Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at our property in Candolim. The Night Receptionist will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, respond to inquiries in person and over the phone, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Responsibilities include handling reservations, maintaining guest records, processing payments, and ensuring the lobby and reception area remain orderly and secure during night hours.

The role also involves addressing guest concerns, coordinating with housekeeping and security, and monitoring night operations to ensure a safe, comfortable stay for all guests.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Solid phone etiquette and receptionist duties experience, including managing calls, guest check-ins/outs, and inquiries.
Proficient clerical skills, such as handling documentation, basic data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Ability to work night shifts reliably, with a focus on attention to detail, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Prior experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
Comfort with using hotel management or reservation software and basic computer applications.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.
Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and uphold a professional, inclusive demeanor at all times.
