Role Description The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient service. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ram Nagar and involves supervising front office staff, managing schedules, and training team members to uphold service standards. The role includes handling guest feedback, resolving issues, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
The Front Office Manager also monitors lobby appearance, implements front office procedures, and supports efforts to enhance guest satisfaction and overall hotel performance.
Qualifications
Should have handled resort room base and social business properties
Must be experienced in handling 100+ room resort properties .
Current and past experience in handling Jim Corbett market would be added an advantage.
Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Office Administration skills to manage daily operations and staff coordination.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle guest interactions, resolve issues, and improve experiences.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.
Relevant experience in hotel front office or hospitality management is highly beneficial.
Knowledge of hotel management software, reservation systems, and basic reporting tools is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
