Chokha Dhaba is a premium destination known for its world-class architecture, grand Rajasthani-themed interiors, and unique cultural experience. It is located at Agra Jaipur highway near Mahwa, Rajasthan. The property includes a full-service restaurant, banquet hall, guest rooms, gift shop, and food kiosks.
We are hiring an experienced and responsible General Manager to oversee complete on-ground operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong ownership, discipline, and execution ability.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of restaurant, banquet hall, rooms, kiosks, and gift shop
Oversee and execute banquet bookings, parties, and events end-to-end
Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and shifts
Hire and train new staff as required
Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure team coordination
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure excellent guest experience
Monitor daily sales and work on improving revenue
Promote Chokha Dhaba through local networking and customer engagement
Coordinate with social media team for updates, promotions, and event visibility
Ensure proper photos/videos of events are captured and managed
Maintain daily operations by means of prescribed rosters, report performance, and issues
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in hotel, restaurant, or banquet operations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in handling events/banquets preferred
Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously
Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented
Working Hours
12 hours duty (on-site role)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
